Description
Commissar Yarrick - Hero of Armageddon
This was a fun one to paint. After stripping the paint off and about 10 or 12 hours of painting over the course of a month, I finished my new version of Yarrick.
Alot of effort went into painting him. And learned alot. I was able to:
improve my ability at painting 3-d scratches (seen on the Power Claw, parts of the trench coat and on the bit of sprue sticking up from the base)
painting flesh (Snakebite Leather is good wash when watered down over a finished face)
painting red (which I honestly enjoyed after finishing this)
and painting black (which was a tad hard for me before).
