Hmm...

Well it's just about mid way through Summer Vacation, and I m bored.....

I have been having alot of artist and writer's block the past few weeks so I really haven't done much in those areas recently. Though I still got stuff to post up, just lazy. And I really, pretty much, lost alot of motivation to paint. Except for the few commissions I got; in which money is the motivation.

Speaking of commissions, I got two from one client in my local GW. He's gone on a trip and gave me about 20 marines to paint, and 30 bucks per squad. Thats great and all, but the catch is... I gotta paint them white. *groans* After my small SM army, I thought I'd be through with painting white. Gah! Eh... it's for the money, and I need that money for my guard army.

Which is coming along decently. I m pretty much done with the basic. And that basic is:

One company command squad
two platoons, with a platoon command squad and two squads of ten guardsmen.

Yup.....very basic.

So, I have been kicking myself to write up stuff about my Cadian 122nd, but the writer's block (mentioned above) is really not getting me anywhere. Though..I got my army list set up. Which still is pretty much going to be with the mentioned units above, plus an extra couple a squads for the two platoons and six hellhounds.

After that, I might plan for making a Valhallan Ice Warrior army and send it over to my girlfriend seeing as she likes/studies World War II and the Red Army Heh as possibly a gift should I actually attempt it.

And the comic I m working on with a staff memeber at my local GW is... slightly stalled, cause we're both busy with other projects and such, but at least we both got outlines for the first 5-10 pages. I just gotta start working on them. Any advice on comics seeing as I m slightly a novice on making them.

I m going to try and kick my ass to start working on more stuff and try and get them posted up. Then again... TRY was the key word.. I might just end up spending the day sleeping and playing Fallout 3 and Call of Duty, and the night watching tv. But like I said.. I'll try. Maybe heading to GW more often might help with all of the above XD.
